SATURDAY, DECEMBER 31

I pray daily: “Lord, give me love. If I don’t have love, I’m nothing.” If I don’t really love those who suffer, I can’t continue in the ministry. There are days when I have three people whispering in one ear, three in the other, and three from behind. I can assure you that it isn’t always easy, and that is why we need a share of special love. Many times our patience will run dry, and if we don’t have any love we will not be able to go on.

“Love,” says the Bible, “…is not proud…it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs… It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres” (1 Cor. 13:4—5, 7). That’s the kind of love we are supposed to have. If the fire on your altar is burning, ask God to fill you with His love, and He will do it. But don’t forget, pray to God, intercede before Him, don’t be satisfied with praying for five or ten minutes only, it’s not enough. Pray to God as much as you want —one hour, two hours—but devote time to the altar. Then all the steps we take in order to have a successful ministry will be flooded with the precious love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I want to close this year with some words that God spoke to me: Love for the lost produces revival. When love ceases, revival does too. He who has a passion for souls lives in an ongoing revival. WISHING YOU A HAPPY INCOMING Gregorian year ahead.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 30

We are God’s priests

SCRIPTURE: Leviticus 6:12 – The fire on the altar must be kept burning; it must not go out. Every morning the priest is to add firewood and arrange the burnt offering on the fire and burn the fat of the fellowship offerings on it.

We are responsible for keeping the fires on the altars of our devotional lives burning through constant prayer. Then the fire of the Holy Spirit will never go out.

It is important for us to love lost souls, to bend our knees to groan and cry out for this lost world. When we accept Jesus, the flames on the altar reach the ceiling. However, with time, the love dies down, and the fire on the altar does too. Then, where there was fire, only ashes remain. If we allow the fire on the altar to go out as happened to the Levites, we aren’t suitable as priests; we fail in our duties. If we don’t keep the fire on the altar of God burning in our lives, we will go cold. We will lose the love we had for souls lost without Christ and cease to care for the work of God and our brothers and sisters.

But, like the church in Ephesus, we can still recover our first love. They forsook their first love and the altar was consumed. They had worked very hard, done much, endured much, but something was wrong. God saw the many efforts of the church in Ephesus, their tireless work. He knew that they didn’t tolerate wicked men and that they had tested those who claimed to be apostles and were not. However, He told them, “Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love. Remember the height from which you have fallen!

PRAYER- Repent and do the things you did at first” (Rev. 2:4-5).

THURSDAY, DECEMBER  29

Without God’s anointing, no ministry on earth can be successful. If there is something we all need, it is what Jesus told His disciples:

SCRIPTURE: Luke 24:49- “Stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high” .

The disciples first had to be filled with the power of God in order to be witnesses in Jerusalem, in Samaria, and finally to the ends of the earth. When we are invested with power, we have the ability to be witnesses, and that is how our ministries begin. There is where we will see the signs that will lead our way. God wants men and women of action. Let’s be sensible and wise. In life, if we don’t give ourselves to action, things don’t happen. If we don’t make an effort, we fail. If there is no action, even when we have great wisdom, we won’t win souls for Christ. Even if they build a whole church for us with everything, we need in it, forget it. There needs to be action in every one of our projects, and that means going out to serve the Lord.

If you are lazy, just give up your ministry or ask the Lord to remove your laziness. No lazy person can succeed in serving the Lord, because He needs courageous and hard-working people to work for Him. God told Joshua: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged” (Josh. 1:9).

What does it mean to work hard? It is to go beyond our limitations. If, for example, we like to sleep a lot, the ministry will not prosper. Everything needs to have a limit and a measure. It isn’t necessary, however, to then go to the other extreme and be so busy that all we do is run all day and not pray.

PRAY FOR THE HAND OF THE LORD TO REMAIN ON US.

Crescents and Quarter Moons

When the moon is shaped like a C or its mirror image (Sickle), it is considered a crescent moon. The quarter moon is shaped like a D or its mirror image and considered to be a bow. The occult will use the bow shaped moon to shoot arrows of wickedness to the unsuspecting in order to draw unfair advantage in various areas of life. The occult uses the crescent moon as sickles (eg Hecate’s sickle), for harvesting the gains of the ignorant and for demonic strength and fortification with intense enchantments.

  • Proclaim Psalm 148 and command all creation especially the crescent and Quarter moons to praise GOD as instructed in Psalm 19.
  • Proclaim Psalm 64 and fasten that judgment into the heavens.
  • Proclaim Isa 26:1-9 and command the heavens to receive this instruction and reject every other voice of destruction; For strength and fortification “Trust in the LORD forever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength”. Isa 26:4

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 28

God’s Work Is Enjoying Fruitful Times, In Many Regions Around The World.

SCRIPTURE: Acts 2:41- Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

People hunger for God; they have a need to find the right path. I believe that it is necessary for us to be well prepared, and for that reason we need God’s anointing to support our ministries. Every work that doesn’t have God’s anointed signature is as good as dead.

Even those who don’t have Christ in their lives should be able to recognize the anointing. As we walk through our days, when we are at work or performing different activities, those around us should see something different in us. Even though they don’t express it with the same words as we do, this “something” is called anointing. If the world doesn’t see that anointing in us, they won’t believe that God has sent us. Our best training comes from the Holy Spirit. Without His work in our lives it would be impossible to do the will of God here on earth. That’s why it is necessary to be invested, filled, and permanently renewed by the power and grace of the Holy Spirit.

Pray that every servant will have fresh rewarding presence daily and recuperate from every wear and tear.

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 27

Pray for Fullstature Missions International (FMI) for the following -:

  1. Strategy to Meet Training Needs for FMI work

The FMI International office initiates the sending of missionaries for the purpose of seeing the world evangelized to hasten Christ promised return (Matt 24)

  • This training is to bridge the gap between the headquarters of FMI and it missions fields.
  • This training is to enhance existing training.
  • It is also to link the missionary leaders to the Headquarters of FMI for the multiplication of true disciples.
  • This will enhance unity in the body and synchronize objectives
  • Felt needs in training of missionaries reporting/ sharing from National leaders

Pray for training to go from felt needs to real needs being the learning patterns and approach that reflect what is most common in life- learning from the Global South.

  • It is based on “story problem” rather than prepositional statements derived from theory.
  • It will be inductive plus deductive – the principles or deduction are learned from the stories told.
  • It is analytical rather than memorization of facts.
  • It is experiential. The missionary leaders experience is incorporated into the learning, supported by stories that show important principles of ministry- case studies; books; videos, CDs are all used to give vicarious experience.
  • We work together with trainees to analysed case studies, implied principle and apply these to ministry.
  • Working also on the Biblical bases of missions

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 25

In the Acts of the Apostles, as we might expect, His Strengthening for work is in the foreground as the promised Spirit of Power He fits for a bold and blessed testimony in the midst of persecution and difficulty.

SCRIPTURE: Gal. 5:18 – If ye are led by the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

The work of the indwelling Spirit is to glorify Christ and reveal Him within us. In the Epistles to the Romans and Galatians His work as Sanctifying is especially prominent: this was what was needed in Churches just brought out of the depths of heathenism. In the Epistles to the Corinthians, where wisdom was so sought and prized, the two aspects are combined; they are taught that the Spirit can only enlighten as He sanctifies (1 Cor.2 , 3:1-3, 16 ; 2 Cor. 3). In the Acts of the Apostles, as we might expect, His Strengthening for work is in the foreground as the promised Spirit of Power He fits for a bold and blessed testimony in the midst of persecution and difficulty.

PRAYER:

O my Father! I dedicate myself afresh to Thee, to live and labour, to pray and travail, to sacrifice and suffer for Thy Kingdom. I accept anew in faith the wonderful gift of the Holy Spirit, the very Spirit of Christ, and yield myself to His indwelling. I humbly plead with Thee, give me and all Thy children to be so mightily strengthened by the Holy Spirit that Christ may possess heart and life, and our one desire be that the whole earth may be filled with His glory. Amen.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER  24

Missionaries: The work is His, depend on Him, yield to Him, wait for Him; the work is His, He will do it.

SCRIPTURE : Acts 13:3-4 –  ‘Then when they had fasted and prayed, they sent them away. So, they being sent forth by the Holy Ghost, went down to Seleucia.”

May I say to any missionary who reads this in his far-off home, Be of good cheer, brother, The Holy Spirit who is the Mighty Power of God, ,who is the Presence of Jesus within thee, the Holy Spirit is with thee, is in thee. The work is His depend on Him, yield to Him, wait for Him; the work is His, He will do it. May I say to every Christian, be he director, supporter, contributor, helper in prayer or in any other way,in the great work of hastening the coming of the Kingdom.

Brother! be of good cheer. From that time of waiting before the Throne, and that baptism there received, the first disciples went forth until they reached Antioch. There they paused, and prayed, and fasted, and then passed on over to Rome and the region beyond. Let us from these our brethren learn the secret of power. Let us call on every Christian who would be a mission friend and mission worker to come with us and be filled with the Spirit whose is the work of missions. Let us lift up a clear testimony that the need of the Church and the world is, believers who can testify to an indwelling Christ in the Spirit, and prove it too. Let us gather such together in the antechamber of the King’s Presence, the waiting at Jerusalem, the ministering and fasting at Antioch; the Spirit does still come as of old in power, He does still move and send forth; He is still mighty to convince of sin and reveal Jesus, and to make thousands fall at His feet. He waits for us: let us wait on Him, let us welcome Him.

O God! Thou didst send Thy Son to be the Saviour of the world. Thou didst give Him power over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as Thou hast given Him. And Thou didst pour out Thy Spirit upon all flesh, commissioning as many as received Him to make known and pass on the wondrous blessing. In the Love and Power in which Thy Spirit was sent forth, He likewise sends forth those who yield- themselves to Him, to be the instruments of His Power in glorifying Thy Son. We bless Thee for this Divine and most glorious salvation.

PRAYER

O our God! we stand amazed, and abased, at the sloth and, neglect of Thy Church in not fulfilling her Divine commission; we are humbled at our slowness of heart to perceive and believe what Thy Son did promise, to obey His will and finish His work. We cry to Thee, our God! visit Thy Church, and let Thy Spirit, the Spirit of the Divine Sending forth, fill all her children.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 23

In Waiting And Prayer On Earth, And Then In The Power Of The Spirit From The Lord In Heaven, Is The Strength, The Joy, The Blessing Of The Church Of Christ And Its Missions.

SCRIPTURE: Acts 13:3-4 – ‘Then when they had fasted and prayed, they sent them away. So they, being sent forth by the Holy Ghost, went down to Seleucia.’

The sending forth was equally the work of the Church and of the Spirit. This is the normal relation. There are men sent forth by the Holy Spirit alone; amid the opposition or indifference of the Church, the Spirit does His work. There are men sent forth by the Church alone ; it thinks the work ought to be done, and does it, but with little of the fasting and praying that recognises the need of the Spirit, and refuses to work without Him. Blessed the Church and blessed the mission which the Spirit originates, where He is allowed to guide, and where the blessing is waited for from Himself alone. Ten days’ praying and waiting on earth, and the Spirit’s descent in fire: this was the birth of the Church at Jerusalem. Ministering and fasting, and then again fasting and praying, and the Spirit sending forth Barnabas and. Saul: this was at Antioch the consecration of the Church to be a Mission Church. In waiting and prayer on earth, and then in the power of the Spirit from the Lord in heaven, is the strength, the joy, the blessing of the Church of Christ and its missions.

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 22

The Origin, The Progress, The Success Of Missions Are All His.

SCRIPTURE : Luke 24:46-47- And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things.

It is He who wakens in the hearts of believers the jealousy for the honour of their Lord, the compassion to the souls of the perishing, the faith in His promise, the willing obedience to His commands, in which the mission takes its rise. It is He who draws together to united effort, who calls forth the suitable men to go out, who opens the door, and prepares the hearts of the heathen to desire or to receive the word. And it is He who at length gives the increase, and, even where Satan’s seat is, establishes the cross, and gathers round it the redeemed of the Lord. Missions are the special work of the Holy Spirit. No one may expect to be filled with the Spirit if he is not willing to be used for missions. No one who wishes to work or pray for missions need fear his feebleness or poverty: the Holy Spirit is the power that can fit him to take his divinely appointed place in the work. Let everyone who prays for missions, and longs for more of a missionary spirit in the Church, pray first and most that in every believer personally, and in the Church and all its work and worship, the power of the Indwelling Spirit may have full sway.

The New Moon occurs on 23December 2022 @ 11:17

  • Command the new moon to praise GOD who created it to mark the times and seasons. Psalm 104:19, 136:8-9, 148:3,
  • Command the new moon to receive instruction only from GOD and from Kingdom citizens to fulfill only the purpose which GOD created it for in this season. Pray that the moon shall reject the incantations, prognostications and manipulation from any other ungodly source.
  • Pray that as the new moon waxes as a witness in the sky, so shall their desire to know the true LORD GOD grow with it.
  • Pray that GOD should cut off those that handle the sickle in the time of harvest against the ignorant and cause them to flee. (Jer 50:16)
  • At the new and crescent moon proclaim and enforce Num 23:23 over your life, family, and the ignorant in the Ecclesia and territory.
